Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging/tags.

    • Items like innerwear, personal care, customized products, or perishables are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • To initiate a return, email us at sabkuchmilegaa43@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • In some cases, you may receive store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • Check your bank account or credit card again.

    • Then contact your bank or payment provider.

  • If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sabkuchmilegaa43@gmail.com.


📦 Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at sabkuchmilegaa43@gmail.com.


📮 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item unless it was damaged/defective.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
